and in other mail-related news, not only did i recently receive a lovely box containing 20 skeins of noro kureyon (color 188) with which to make myself a lizard ridge blanket, but i also just ordered the new pink martini album. whoo hoo! it's a good month for mail...
i seem to be buying a lot of sock yarn, too, even though i am still on my first sock ever. i blame THK and her contagious sock mojo for this...

Damn, Jackie! I followed your Noro link to Webs to see which color you'd chosen--should be beautiful with your guest room color scheme--and there were all of the beautiful new Kureyon colors. I'll already have to step down my parenting to re-read the HP series before Book Seven comes out. I can't steal time for knitting, too :)

I saw Dirty Dancing in the theater a couple weeks ago and decided I wanted some silver dancing shoes. I love those!
